2X Everbuild 405 Path and Patio Seal Paving Sealer - 25 Litre total 50 litres

This Everbuild sealer is really good stuff after cleaning my block paving with a pressure washer and re sanding all the joints I used this sealer First coat soaked in and didn't seem to do much, but second coat it took longer to soak in leaving a milky blue micro bubble surface for a couple of hours till it dried I had plenty left so I went for a third coat. My drive looked good it has been down for 10 years and it looked almost new again Well that was 7 months ago now and I can report my drive over that time has remained in good order and previously I would have been plagued with weeds and moss growing from all the cracks well this year I have had 95% less the sealer has done its job PERFECT the odd weed that may pop up I deal with it with my Gas weed wand and my drive has never looked so good

Very impressive for the money as I've used more expensive brands and although they have been great they have been three times the price but not resulted in being three times as good . My customers have been impressed, you do need 2 to 3 good coats to bind the joint sand between the blocks but they do set .

I didn't want to spend a fortune on sealing the newly sanded paving stones. It applies really well and runs into the gaps as expected. It does leave a slight sheen to the paving stones.To apply just go with a stone roller on an extended handle and go over at diagonally so not to disturb the newly laid sand. I cannot say how long this will last, but we'll see.

Pleased with the product. Very easy to use. I was applying onto 10 year old block paving which had been pressure washed a couple of times, so I suspect they were more porous than typical. Coverage was less than suggested at about half that expected from the data sheet. Follow the advice and clean out the sprayer immediately after use. I found I had to clean out after the first coat as the nozzle was starting to get clogged. Did the second coat immediately after which used considerably less sealer then the first, more in line with the data sheet.

not used it yet - shame I cannot lift the containers on my own ( too heavy ) will wait for spring when I can get help with them

It was delivered on time, if it hadn’t of been it would of been out of date on its shelf life. It was produced April 2019 with a recommended use within 12 months. Luckily I had a window of two days.
