I'm a mature woman and have practically no natural oil in my hair anymore, it seems. I've been through so many salon and drugstore shampoos and they all leave my hair horribly tangled and dried out. Kerastase isn't like that. However, it isn't a miracle worker. I still use other products to combat dryness and frizz, but my hair is cleansed of product and perspiration yet it untangles and styles more easily then other shampoos I tried.I've seen comments about the scent but I only noticed it the first time or two I used it and only when I first opened the bottle and put it in my hand. It definitely does not persist as I'm styling my hair or after I'm finished styling it. I'm likely to purchase another bottle when I'm finished with the current one and when I do I'm going to shake it well before I open it the first time. Perhaps the scent somehow gets concentrated near the top of the bottle which could be alleviated by shaking the ingredients together.

This is the best of the Kerastases- sores on scalp and body gone. It's a very different product than the other Kerastases and anything else, the only soap or shampoo that I've ever used that doesn't leave a soap film in the bathtub... I just bathe with it, skin was never better.
