Desi Kitchen Multigrain (10 Super Grains) Wheat Flour (Chakki Atta) 4lbs

I like the quality of this flour but it doesn't act like normal wheat flour. So far I haven't been able to get anything made solely with it to rise. It is very dense, but mixes well with plain wheat flour if I bake bread, to add the more natural graininess. I make pancakes with it - 2 eggs, third cup flour and 1T baking powder, let it sit 20 min or so and they cook up really well.
