Thank the lord!
I got this a few weeks after the annoucement of new GPU's coming out. Glad I made the plunge to get one before these went up in price!! Mainly got this for my son's new computer build, his old card was driving me insane as it was making a loud airplane noise with the fans. Once I installed this, it was as if the computer was not on at all. Best bang for buck.

Make sure you update the drivers
I thought the card was a good price for the card. I put it into the system and yeah, it was fast. But it was also crashing the system. I ended up getting a better case with six fans. That helped a bit, but still fairly high temps. I upgraded the fans. That helped, but was still getting max temps in the 80s and that was with throttling the gpu a bit. And would occasionally crash. Then I updated the drivers. now my max gpu temp is in the upper 70s with 60% fan speed. No crashes and running at max. So great, I should have updated the drivers to start with. The card has been running great since.

CHECK IT ONCE IT ARRIVES!!! I unfortunately made the mistake of not doing so.
Item unfortunately came broken but I didn't know since I had left it in the packaging until I was ready to assemble the computer I was gifting my partner. Now it's outside the return/replacement window and the only "support" I can get is through the manufacturer who want me to create a account to even access said support. This is ridiculous and disappointing considering how much this has set me back and costed me.

I was too quick to purchase this one for Linux.
I purchase this for a computer running thelatest version of Ubuntu.Yeah, that was a mistake - too new.The main problem I had was the open source driveronly used video black levels ( 16 to 235 ) insteadof full black levels ( 0 to 255 ).I found no way to resolve this issue in Ubuntu.(I thought that was pretty dopey. It's 2023 and we don't have an option to setfull or limited video levels?who am I to blame for not getting the video levels right AMD or Ubuntu?)Originally, I thought this video card had a coil whine. However, after I returned this video card for the dopey video card levels,I determined the sound wasmy coming from my cpu cooler. So I'm going to replace that cooler.I wish the AMD(?) open source video card driver had a Radeon Catalyst Window in Linux. This way the user could set video card options easily.Honestly, IMAO, you can't have a good video card without good software for the user.As a user, I like to play around with the features of the video card for gaming and graphics.Yes, I would like to set the video card "features" using the command line too.But I don't like this minimalistic trend of believing the "AI" is going to handle the problem.

good for a beginner gpu !
Hello, I just built my first ever gaming pc and this is the GPU I decided to go with. I don’t know much about the fancy specs that go into what makes a GPU a good one or a bad one BUT what I do know, this GPU gets the job done for the price you pay!!! I play very standard games, my favorite is the sims 4 and my graphic card works perfectly and the graphics quality is great, I play with the highest graphics options with no lag !!! I do play apex legends on my new pc and again GREAT graphics quality, no lag, and the game looked all around beautiful and clear (if that makes sense). One thing I did notice is that, it does tend to get hot enough that I can feel warm ( but not hot) air coming from my pc when it’s being overworked, on IDLE my GPU typically sits between 25-30C. (I also would like to add, I have done no overclocking whatsoever on my pc) Apparently, your GPU getting hot is normal. If you’re someone who likes and/or wants to do HEAVY gaming, this GPU could work but you probably want to go with a GPU with a stronger cooling system or consider investing in a GPU cooler. I do plan on upgrading my GPU within the next year but for my first pc, this GPU works like a charm (so far) <3

Adecuada
