Samsung direct replacement!
Direct replacement for my Samsung bottom drawer ice maker. Two screws and a plug and took less than 5 minutes to replace. Got quoted over $500 by an appliance technician and did the job for less than $100 myself!

Perfect replacement for Kenmore Elite fridge
This ice maker is a perfect replacement for a Kenmore Elite fridge (model number 795.79049.312). It look longer to remove the old ice maker than it did to install this one. I was wary of getting an off-brand product, but after several months of use it is still making perfect ice cubes every time.

Took longer to take all the stuff out of and put back in the freezer than it did to install. My factory original one did not have any screws in it, so I reinstalled without. It snaps in tightly... There are no instructions, so be aware after installation make sure to hold the reset button on bottom front of ice maker. It will dump then fill, it will do nothing till you do that.

Started leaking/overfilling and flooding freezer
Freezer door wasn't shutting just quite right. Checked and this is the ice build up on the floor. New ice maker, 25 days after installation has been leaking/overfilling. Pic is ice I removed. Trying a second one and hopeful doesn't happen again.
