Ordering experience... Was hesitant initially considering:1. Plastic connectors (reducers).2. The price... Seemed overpriced.But then, went ahead as the existing one had completely worn off and needed immediate replacement. This product seemed worth a shot.Delivery experience... Prompt and professional as always. Amazon never let me down.Product review:- As feared, the plastic reducer did cause trouble during installation... Used teflon tape and what not. The trick is to first install only the connector (reducer) to your tap by using a wide-edged tool (spoon edge in my case) from inside.- Be extra careful while fastening as threads of reducer will get permanently damaged. Make sure that the reducer is tightened it as much possible. Irrespective of how much female threading the tap allows, male thread has to be engaged fully (edge-to-edge).- Hand tightening of aerator to the plastic reducer seemed sufficient. There were absolutely no leakages from the sides and product worked beautifully.- My daughter has appreciated this product and recommended to be installed on wash basin faucet of Dining hall also. So I am about to order another one.- Wish these people give additional discounts on repeat orders. :P

It's a compact & kind of press to fit product which can't be opened to clean the clog after few months of use. This causes reduce water flow or leak from other connected surface

I thought to add this adjustable joint to my kitchen tap, and by the looks of it, I thought I would not be needing a plumber. When the product arrived, I installed it myself and it worked wonders.Good product.

product is good and usefull.solve my purpose. now I can rotate the flow as per requirements.but the main issue is It should be compatible for your tap nosal size.and second issue issue is the connector provided by thr seller is made of plastic, so you have to take care while fixing.By mistake it can break, and then you have no option to replace it

It's a good product, works fine and consistently but requires lot of pressure and me saying this means a lot as my faucet is powered by pressure pump .

Reduces the water flow very much, fits my needs for use in Kitchen. There are two modes of usage based on twisting the aerator, one has shower like flow which saves a lot of water, another has simple tap like flow.I wish the simple flow had more pressure, else everything was as expected and easy to fit and use.
