These arrived the day after I ordered them. I have to say I’m very impressed. The finish is really nice, they feel light and sturdy and are easy to assemble. I had seen the video explanation. But the markings on the poles themselves give a clear indication of what to do. They are study and light, fold down small and come with a neat bag. I like the fact that the adjustment clamp is positive but unobtrusive when in place. There’s a small Velcro strap to hold it all together when folded. The wrist straps are ok, I suppose you might expect a better quality strap if you were paying four times as much for a premium brand. They come with spare rubber tips and baskets for snow and mud - you pay extra for all of this with some of the top brands. These adjust between 115 and 135 cm long. Bear that in mind - I’m 5’11” and I’ll be using these at the shortest length (115cm) - I do the same with ski poles, it just seems to suit me. My point is, whilst they say they suit people from 5’6” or whatever, if you are on the shorter side, you may find these are too long for you. Overall, I am very chuffed with these and thoroughly recommend them. I’m going to give them some serious use, I’m glad I didn’t splash four or five times as much for Leki poles or similar as I’m not sure I would have got much more value.

I have been looking at walking sticks for a while now. When I saw these from TheFitLife I thought I would give them a try.Very pleased I did, the first thing you notice is how light they are being constructed out of aviation grade aluminium (266 g) each pole, and coming in a carry bag was a bonus, this bag has loops for attachment to a backpack or a belt. Once out undo the Velcro strap and then fold out, after that push the sections together making sure the top section is extended until the button is heard to click out and they are ready to use. There are adjustable straps on the handle to secure over your wrists, and they are height adjustable.I found walking with them very easy and it has helped my mobility with much better balance.Included in the bag are nice clear instructions, snow and mud baskets and spare rubber tip.A well made and very handy bit of kit for outdoor walks.

Omg These hiking poles are awesome, I cannot fault them in anyway shape or form! I have yet to try them on a hike but otherwise on flat ground with they do the job!.

Bought those poles after reading reviews on lots of poles. I wanted a pair that would fit in my hand luggage. A few people said they were a bit fragile but I have to say I don't agree. I'm 1.85m and 86kg and feel very confident using them. They assemble in less than 20 seconds. I use them for hiking and hill walking and am very impressed so far. Make sure to use the height guide when ordering as they don't reduce in length as much as standard poles. I bought the longest version and they are OK for me on the shortest setting. I prices similiar poles in a leading outdoor supply shop near me and they were more than twice the price. What's not to like!

Poles seem sturdy and well designed, save that the handle is a little slim for large hands. The weight is about average.. Good packaging and excellent instructions worth reading before assembly. Easy to put together and adjust for length. Straps are comfortable. Generous supply of accessories. Altogether reasonable value.

I bought a pair of foldable walking poles from FitLife, which were fine and I was very pleased with them. Ordinarily I would not review such a transaction, as I get what I expect. But here is the reason I'm awarding them 5 stars - after sales service. Unfortunately, the bottom section of one of my poles became detached and fell out I know not where, making it unusable. I found that the item was guaranteed for 1 year, so I contacted FitLife by email, and I was surprised and delighted to receive a reply within hours asking for a photo and shipping details. They then sent a complete new set of poles to me to arrive the next day with no requirement to return the old ones or any payment. Now that deservers 5 stars.

They seem like good quality for the price. Easy to set up & pack down. Comfortable & lightweight; note, I have not given them a proper test yet, but have tested on a shorter walk. I think they should do the job. I am 165cm & find the height works for me. I have long legs & shorter body type for reference. (Read previous reviews before purchasing & a few mentioned they found them too tall. The recommended height is in the description). Will purchase another set if they do okay after our next trip away.

My wife needed the hiking stick, and these were the one she liked the color and the looks. I liked the price. I was impressed with the overall packaging and quality of the product. These poles are great because they're lightweight, collapsible, and easy to carry with you on your adventures. The instructions to set them up was well illustrated and easy. You don’t have to be an engineer to figure it out. We went on the 4-mile hike with the new sets of stick and my wife loved it. That day was a full body workout day but my wife was having fun with brand new stick. They were super sturdy and nice. My wife was able to walk faster than me and was completely dependent on them. She felt like she has superpower walking with these stick. This hiking would not be this easy for my wife without this nice stick.Thank you TheFitLife.
