Proven health benefits
These supplements were recommended by a friend as he’s been taking them for a while now. Easy to swallow and only leaves a small taste of tumeric behind .. but guess that’s a good thing as you know it’s the real deal :)

Huge capsules which don't taste great
I haven't been taking these long enough to know if they have a positive health effect yet, but they are very large capsules and don't taste nice, so I'm not sure I'll carry on until the end of the bottle

easily recognised being bright yellow
not able to review as it takes time for this product to built up but I have noticed my thumb which I used to dislocate quiet often , the pain seemed to have improve slightly.

Works although can’t stand the black pepper taste. Why does it need pepper.?
