R QIDI TECHNOLOGY3D Printer Hardened Steel Extruder Nozzles 0.4 mm M6 for X-PLUS3/X-MAX3, 2 Pcs

Great nozzle only one I use on my Qidi 3d printers since I frequently use GF and CF filaments.

I’ve not quite figured out what I can’t print with these hardened nozzles. Not sure why anybody would even use anything but the harden steel ones.

I use this on my Q1 Pro and they fit and work great. Especially good for TPU, but used with ASA, PETG-CF and PLA too with no issues. Prints faster, but less detail compared to a .4 nozzle.

I put one of these nozzles in for abrasive filament printing and it worked great. Even with the chamber set to 65C I haven’t had any jamming issues yet. I even left the hardened steel nozzle on out of curiosity and printed standard ABS with the same chamber temperature and experienced no jamming.Also, the package lists nozzle types with hardened steel checked to indicate what’s inside. One of the types listed is tungsten carbide, so I hope that means Qidi has that in the pipeline.
