Exactly what I needed for my home gym
These hooks are perfect and so much cheaper than the full length bars to attach bands to. The mounting screws that came with them are big and strong, I had to use a ratchet to put them in. That is important I don't want one of them coming out and smashing into my head while I am working out.One tip. Drill the hole first with a drill bit that is smaller in width than the screws, makes it much easier to install.

STURDY | STRONG
Great product at this price point. Strong & sturdy HOOKS for my resistance bands. The provided Hex Head screws & anchors are well made. We ended up installing into wood studs so did not need the anchors, which we will save as they are heavy duty/good quality. The installation was done by handyman, so make sure to have the proper drill bits as these screws and anchors are long and thick.

Nice quality and provide a nice secure hold
Added these to my home gym and they are very nice. Solid build and feel very secure. I added a 2x4 to the wall stud, painted it and then mounted all 3 hooks, one high, one eye level and one around mid shin. They are not going anywhere, easily support my body weight (175lbs) with my resistance straps and resistance tubes.

Amazing for home gym.

Good to know these won’t let you fall
I was hesitant to attach these but I bought them for a reason. Yes, they are perfect for resistance bands and they are very sturdy. Use caribiners to attach your bands to these. You’ll be safe, zero fear that these will give out on you
