This product tastes like grass and green tea. I took my first teaspoon in a glass of water, drank it down quickly because of the very bitter taste. I purchased it to help varicose veins, and if it does help, will continue to take it even though it tastes awful.

It’s awful
I tried dissolving it in warm water, even put some stevia in it, but it was pretty bad- my suggestion is use capsules. I would have returned it if I could. Amazon would allow it.
