Yes! I have two different sizes of this. I take it everywhere. It’s helped break up fascia in my chest post-mastectomy, it’s worked out knots in my back and it helps just work out any tight spots. I learned about it in my Pilates class and have taken classes on how to use it. I have taken it to Europe with with me as it’s a great size to throw in a bag. It has a tiny bit of give, but not much. It’s a great item to have around!

I chose this ball because it’s the same one we use at the Pilates studio I go to. This is very sturdy and exactly what you want in a tension relief ball. It gets in to those small tight areas.
