The media could not be loaded.  Yes this is an expensive toy but it is made from sustainable wood and is really well built, there is some assembly required which needs a decent cross head screwdriver, there are 3 screw sizes but they are packed in individual packets so easily identifiable, the instruction clearly indicate what goes where. The tower/elevator is mostly preassembled and just needs fitting into the rest of the fire station car park, you get a wooden fire engine and a wooden helicopter supplied but the station is a size where lots of other toys will work with it, Hot wheels that sort of thing. My nephews and nieces will have tons of fun with this their imaginations will run riot. Lots of the decoration is painted on which makes a change from the decals that peel of in two minutes flat! This is a toy that will give years of service and will be able to be handed on through the years, classic wooden toy.

The media could not be loaded.  This is good sized and well made wooden garage. The box says 3+ years but I am assuming this is to cover the manufacturer in case of a screw or something coming loose. It’s deffo attractive to younger children because I spent a good chunk of yesterday with our 2.8 year old playing with it!!It comes with a helicopter and a fire engine but luckily I already had some other wooden vehicles as you would need more to get the best opportunities.The assembly was harder than expected and we had trouble with two specific screws as you can see in my photo. We have a variety of screwdrivers but not one that was working on that screw in particular!The garage is good fun and we lined cars up for the lift, talked about where people were going when they’d parked, who the passengers were (I was pleased to see disabled parking and parent/child spaces included). We mounted rescues for crashes (the helicopter was in the most crashes!!) and the lift was in constant use.I wasn’t sure a 2 year old would manage the lift knobs but she deffo did.I loved my plastic Fisher Price garage as a child and this isn’t dissimilar.Wooden toys have made a comeback due to durability and keenness to avoid excess plastic and this toy looks as if it will last well.

It's attractively designed and well-made, with a working lift and two ramps that add to the play experience. The helicopter and fire engine included are a nice touch, but having additional vehicles enhances the fun, as I found out when playing with my 2.8-year-old grandson. He was captivated by it.However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.Firstly, assembling the garage isn't a simple task. As someone who has worked as a QA Manager in toy safety and assembled hundreds of toys, it took me about two and a half hours. For someone less experienced, it might be quite challenging. Also, once constructed, the toy is quite heavy, so it's not something you'd move around easily.In conclusion, the Le Toy Van Garage is a wonderful investment in quality playtime. It's well-crafted, durable, and offers endless opportunities for imaginative play. The price reflects the quality and durability of the toy, making it a reasonable purchase. While the assembly may be complex and time-consuming, the finished product is worth the effort.

Very impressive, crafted from durable certified wood, it features an exciting fire and rescue theme, with fire engine and helicopter, really a great gift idea. Not to mention 2 spiral ramps, a working lift, this beautiful set has many interactive things to explore.Real wood, and really made to last a few kids if you trust me. It can withstand day after day play, no problem at all.Not easy to assemble for a 3 year old, but surely a great adventure for me to build. The kid was excited anyway and offered helping hand from time to time, fully engaged, great fun.Apart from fun, Good thing about this set is that it could help develop creative thinking while improving little one's hand-to-eye skills and cognitive learning.Not cheap, but worth the investment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The media could not be loaded.  I really liked the finished item, but construction was not simple.During my work as a QA Manager toy safety was a major part and I have assembled hundreds of toys over the years. This took two and a half hours. I think an inexperienced person might well struggle.

I think this is a great toy for any child who likes any sort of vehicle. I think it is really well-made and feel it would stand up really well to lots of vigorous play from children. I do think the price is quite steep, but understand that this is a wooden environmental friendly product with high-quality. That said I would recommend this product because of how great the quality is.
