This item is exactly the right size to meet the maximum dimensions allowed for a “Personal Item” to fit under your seat (for free 😊) on Spirit Airlines.You can get enough in here for a 3-day trip if you pack strategically and utilize all the space. It is soft-sided, so be careful to not stuff it so full that the sides bulge outward; if you do this it will no longer be a “Personal Item” but instead a “Carry On,” and Spirit charges $75 to gate check a carry-on 😱. I use gallon size Ziploc bags to put clothing in and squash all the air out, and if you do this, you will be please at how much this item will hold. It has a shoulder strap. It’s not too comfortable to carry, but the money you’ve saved will keep you smiling regardless!

LOVE this bag! I made the purchase last minute and for whatever reason I decided to read reviews as I was driving to the airport and some girls comment said that it did not fit. She also said that she didn’t pack many things and that she used those vacuum bags and still had to pay for the bag at the airport. Well I am here to say her experience is unfortunate but she must’ve messed up somewhere because it fits WAY more than enough. I purchased the smaller bag since the dimensions were the requirement for personal sized bag on spirit. I fit 3 pairs of leggings, a pair of shorts, a bodysuit, couple shirts, 2 thin jackets, some socks/under clothes, 2 small purses (emptied), my makeup bag and a bag with all my toiletries. I had actually taken out a light up mirror, another pair of legging and a couple tops after i read that review because I panicked (I was also running late and i didn’t want to chance it). Well I get to the airport and test it out and what would you know.. there was sooooo much extra room that i didn’t need to actually take anything out. I ended up buying Cinnabon and a whataburger and putting it in the bag and it was still able to fit under the seat perfectly. I also want to add that I initially rolled all my clothes and it felt like that took up so much more room than me just folding my clothes normally. Also DO NOT fill this bag up to the point where there is no room. It does not maintain its shape so if you fill it up it will expand to the point of you potentially struggle to fit it in the personal bag size checker (if they make you put it in there).

Absolutely exclent for packing everything you need in a carry on. They deem flimsy...they aren't. Took one to Mecico no sweat either way. Great product.

Just the right size. Great sturdy fabric. The right shape to place on carry-on. Good amount of room. Slide down handle to holder with an extra zip pocket for important items.

Absolutely love this bag for travel, it fits everything I need for the whole weekend. Will purchase again, also airport compliant as a carry on.

I didn’t buy it to use as an under seat bag for flying, but to use as saddlebag luggage on my motorcycle for overnight trips.

So this definitely held up in terms of carrying my items, but one of the clips that held the strap in place broke after my second trip. I'm happy to have it but I don't know that I'd buy the same product again.
