Defective product and hopeless customer service
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The product I ordered did not work. When the turns on (by installing battery) it immediately powers off. Tried it with another battery but no luck. The seller rejected the return due to one of amazon’s policy for not returning health sensors - this is a plant sensor.

Cheap! - and you get what you pay for
I own 4 Parrot Flower Power plant monitors. This competing product is much less expensive, so I gave it a try. Suffice it to say I will go back to buying Flower Power. The water monitor only seemed to register moisture after I poured 2 cups of water over the top of it. Also, the App displaying the the plant history is hard to see and significantly inferior to that of Flower Power. Note: I am in no way related to Flower Power and have issues with both its price and longevity.

Bad quality
I have this item from other supplier and work perfect but this never worked, unhappy
