As a person who works out and spends a significant amount of time on a computer working from a desk, over the years my right shoulder, in particular, has taken the brunt of the trauma. I've tried a multitude of products to ease the discomfort and pain, and considered even more. I've also tried numerous topical creams and even had a cortisol shot. The creams provided temporary relief while the shot did not work at all.I stumbled upon this shoulder brace, checked out item description then the reviews, felt it was reasonably priced, then thought I'd give it a shot. Game Changer! This brace is comfortable, so it could be worn for long periods of time without feeling annoying or numbing. The support it provides is amazing as it is not restrictive nor cumbersome. It's versitile and can be worn on either the left or right side. Needless to say, I am very surprised at how effective this product is and how well it works. I would recommend for anyone battling shoulder pain and injury.

I recently injured my shoulder working out and I decided I needed to wear a brace to help it heal. This one seems to work. It is comfortable and designed so that it can be worn on either shoulder. It also has a place where you can put an ice pack if you want. The device is well made and is definitely helping my shoulder to heal. The price was right as well.

Very comfortable but difficult for people with smaller build. Great quality kinda easy to put on and very functional when it is on.

Fits great and definitely helps with the pain and numbness in my shoulder and running down my arm. Velcro holds great and is very comfortable to wear. It's a little difficult to use with one arm, but not horrible. Would recommend to anyone suffering from nerve damage or rotary cuff/shoulder pain. If you use it for work or mma or working out it is very absorbent so you will need to wash it regularly after use.

I fell and hurt my rotator cuff. I saw this thinking that it would help hold an ice pack right where I needed one to be. I also bought the suggested ice pack that is shown as often being bought with this brace. It and the ice pack really are helping me to keep going and getting things done. But mostly it's helpful because of the ice on my shoulder. I have to keep repositioning the brace as it sort of keeps migrating when I move. That's no big deal though for the relief I get from icing. As far as the pressure goes, I don't appreciate that so much. Usually, after an hour or two, I remove the brace if I'm away from home when the ice pack warms up. The compression seems to hurt more than it helps at this point anyway. Still, well worth the cost even if just to ice the pain so I can work on my range of motion and continue with my life as best as I can.

I’m back to order another one of these. I landed on this after 2 other poor choices after a torn rotator. I’m a small woman, (5’3 130 lbs) w/ small upper arms so other braces weren’t supportive or the buckles would dig in when trying to adjusting to get support. This is finally a comforting level of support.This brace was much more friendly to adjust. I made a few custom adjustments and it fit perfectly. The big bonus is it doesn’t get as hot as other braces. Not a fan of icing but it’s handy to have that option. It’s super light and I was able to sleep in it. Easy on and off.Just hurt my wrist and that has cascaded up to my bad shoulder and I can’t find my old one. Great price for this compared to similar products with less support.

I tore my pec from the bone and had to have surgery on it two weeks ago, since then i’ve been in pain every hour of the day. I purchased this trying to get extra shoulder support while wearing my sling and it took almost all of the pain away instantly.Highly recommended

I wanted to share a premature review of my shoulder brace. So far, I’m happy with it! I dislocated my shoulder about a week and a half ago while playing basketball (it's an anterior dislocation). The support feels sturdy, and the material seems to be of good quality. The real test will come when I return to work. I’m looking forward to seeing how stable my shoulder feels when I start lightly dribbling the ball in a few weeks as part of my recovery exercises. Today, I went on a light hike and it wasn't too uncomfortable, except after a while, the strap under my arm began to rub against my underarm. Slight discomfort. I also tried wearing it to sleep, and it wasn’t too uncomfortable. However, the level of comfort really depends on how tightly you adjust the straps under your arms, across your chest, and around your back. But for the price, you really can't go wrong.
