Heavy but powerful!
Great portable power station, got at a great price on black Friday, the solar panel is amazing been using the solar at home before fishing trips. Used it for 4 days off one charge - charged another anker (smaller 300w) power station off it and still came home with 25% charge - didn't have solar panel on the trip.Weight is it's only down side. It's heavy but it's powerful

Peace of mind
Bought for when we suffer power outages during the winter. It's pretty heavy but charges quickly. It has lots of different outlets for use. The solar panel works really well. Having it has given peace of mind as we often get power cuts. At least now we can have our router, lamps and things to cook with powered

Anker SOLIX C1000(X) solar power station
What can I say about this Anker SOLIX C1000(X) solar power station other than its well worth the investment and even on a cloudy day is being charged via Renogy 200watt and a Ecrosonique Technology 300watt in parallel . All three products are well made and will serve me well as well as saving money long term

Very good and actually has a customer service.
I can't find anything to complain about.Well packaged, delivered early by Anker ( fedex) good warranty. Well built, and takes a charge at around 110watts from the 12v pv socket linked to a 12v battery. The mains charging is great and has a few levels of charge input, if set to 200 watts , then the fan won't go on during charging.Biggest selling point over the Vluetti is that Anker actually have a customer service and aftershaves. BLUETTI I'd a shambols.Fir this reason alone I chose it over the competitive Bluetti.

Initial Issues Rectified by an Amazing Customer Service Experience
PLEASE READ 2ND EDIT;Inverters like this one do not provide a power supply similar to that in your home and will struggle to operate devices with heating elements, pumps, motors, etc, that come anywhere near close to the max 1800w peak of this battery. Please think carefully before purchasing as you will not be able to return it, as I am now finding out!Edit: even if you are lucky to be offered a refund, try posting a battery!2nd Edit: I felt I had to leave a 2nd edit to this review to comment on the customer service I received from Anker following my difficulties with my Solix C1000. Whilst I was thoroughly disappointed to have found that the inverter would not power my coffee machine, Anker did try to help with me being able to get it back to them at their expense. Following getting it back to them, they contacted me and suggested that they could with my help issue, if I was willing to try again. Given the benefit to me in having a powerful inverter that I can take with me wherever I go around the UK, I agreed to try again.Through a series of tests they asked me to run, feeding back to them the results and the device logs, a series of firmware updates, they did indeed find out what the issue was. I was wrong in my initial assessment of the C1000 and it's output and am happy to eat a big portion of humble pie.To say I was gobsmacked to have been given this opportunity to work so closely with Anker to resolve the issue is an understatement and I would have to say is a measure of who Anker are as a company, and feel that a 5 star review is utterly deserving.
