The UTTU Cervical Pillow has been a game-changer for my sleep. It offers great neck support and has really helped with my neck strain. The memory foam feels high quality, and I love that it’s adjustable—I was able to customize the height to suit my sleeping style (mostly side and back).It stays cool throughout the night, and the contoured shape keeps my head and neck properly aligned. I’ve been sleeping better and waking up with less stiffness since I started using it.It’s been such a great experience that I’m ordering another one. This pillow is really helping relieve my neck and shoulder pain that I have been waking with every day. It also helps me stay in a better position at night because of the contours of the pillow holding me in place. It’s supportive but soft and very comfortable! It comes with a nice cover to protect it, although I do use a satin pillowcase over it. If ordering the king size, make sure you have a queen size pillow case (20x30) because the pillow is not a true king size (which is 20x36). See photo for comparison. It’s still large enough for me. I put it away in my closet when I make my bed for the day. Because it is foam, it does have an odor to it at first, but I have noticed that it significantly faded in the first week. I am usually sensitive to this, but it didn’t bother me much. Just air it out when not in use and it will fade faster. Overall I give this a 10/10. I’m very happy with it!

Update: January 13, I had to remove another part because it felt too high, now I feel fine, I was able to relieve my neck pain with this and the help of the Tens 7000. I recommend it.The pillow is comfortable, but I had to remove the center part to make it more to my liking, because it felt too high, and it still feels high, but I'll have to get used to it. The pillow arrived with a strong smell, the same one that many have complained about. My solution was to let it air out for a few days so the smell would go away, take it apart and put it outside, which made it much better. The advantage is that in my country we have a pleasant climate of 26° that allows the strong smell to go away quickly. What I like most is that the pillow can be taken apart.

I used to be a huge Tempur-pedic pillow fan for the last 25 years, until I found this brand, UTTU. I absolutely love this cervical pillow. It consistently supports my neck, does not get hot (I live in Florida), and actually lasted 1.5 years longer than my Tempur-pedic pillow. My Tempur- pedic pillows had to be replaced every year, because they would break down and not support my neck. In fact, I used to write the date on the tag, so when I started having neck issues, I could check the date and know it needed to be replaced. This has been going on for 25 plus years! I finally decided to research and look for another pillow that would still give me the cervical support and not cost as much, because I was having to replace them so often. Paying $100 each year for a new pillow is a little extreme. Thank you UTTU for this amazing pillow! It has been 2.5 years since I bought my first UTTU pillow, and I just ordered a new one. I am so very glad I ordered this pillow, it is really comfortable! I have issues with my neck and back and I could tell after sleeping on the pillow, it was a game changer! My issues with my neck are becoming less noticeable! Would recommend to give this pillow a try!PS I bought one for my son and he is really enjoying his!

Pillow is OK quality but it’s way too thin in the middle. That makes it very uncomfortable to me. One star off. The other bad thing - it’s showing “free returns”, but it has to be dropped off to “Army and airforce base”!!UPS drop off is $6.99. One more star off for misleading information.

This pillow made an instant difference. I tried many store brands both cheap and expensive and none have held up close to this pillow. I’d constantly wake up to neck pain and tight shoulders with the pillows I’ve tried before. This one has comfort but is firm enough to keep your body aligned for a good nights rest. Will deff get another one when I wear this one out!!
