Adjustable Bench, Professional Weight Bench, Incline Flat Decline Sit Up Bench,Dumbbell Stool

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this bench for about two weeks now and it’s been great. Originally I had an Olympic ethos bench but it was taking up too much space in my basement and was not adjustable. I was looking for something just as stable but also be able to adjust for incline and be easily moved in and out of my new power rack whenever I’m doing squats, dips etc. This bench has surpassed my expectations. Easy to adjust, easy to move, and easy to assemble. It took me just under 20 minutes to assemble. I used my own tools for assembly but the wrenches provided are much higher quality than what usually comes with items and will work just fine for assembly. Cushioning is sturdy and frame is very stable.

Pretty solid like gym quality but lightweight doesn’t have much wobble it’s stable.

Looks exactly how it’s described it’s hold well and for the price I’ll definitely say it’s worth it.

Spent a couple of hours assembling, then disassembling, then reassembling. The directions are not clear. Once together, the base wobbles. Definitely wouldn’t use this for heavy lifts. Then there’s play in the hinge for the incline hardware. The padded surfaces are very light so the foam isn’t very dense and the stitching on the long board is already unraveling. I would probably return it , but it’s not worth the time and I’m not emailing the support contact in China as per the slip of paper in the box. For the money, I’m between 1 or 2 stars. I guess there’s a reason why benches from Rogue and Soren are 5x the price. And Hoist just raised their prices. Happy lifting!

This weight bench has been a great addition for my home gym. It was very easy to assemble following the instructions. It is easy to adjust and move around for different exercises. Assembly was a chore but not impossible.They give you multiple wrenches which helped speed up the process of tightening.There is a slight wiggle to the seat but it can be remedied by tightening the spring handles to their closed position which will stabilize the contact the point of the seat more. But you will need to un-tighten again it if you want to change angles.You can also further tighten the main center bolt more to help stabilize it more but that will also increase the friction between the hinge sides when moving the seat angle. Not sure if that would cause damage the product in the long run.It should be noted that the wiggle is an inherit design flaw based on the way they decided to connect all the separate parts to the main center bolt. Maybe also supplying spacers(like bearing spacers) would help alleviate this more?Also I think if they added like a flat "U" shaped base support(maybe like a dense plastic cap) where the seat and the bottom frame meet it would make the seat feel way more stable without sacrificing the seat angle feature. Sort of like how cupsole shoes work to cradle your foot.I'm too lazy to disable and return this but I think its ok for now.I mainly got this over some other more tried and tested benches on amazon because this one in particular has a triangular narrow seat which is good for lat exercises when your chest is on the back rest and you need to spread your legs.Also aesthetically it is a clean classic look and not covered in gaudy bootleg branding.

Its okay but it is very unstable and wobbles horribly. Wouldn't suggest this for a step up bench.

Great bench I had one before like it and was 80lbs this is not heavy but really strong. Wasn’t much to put together about 10 minutes. Great buy I would not pass this up .
