Over many years of playing both basketball and tennis, my knees have experienced tendonitis, which requires me to wear knee braces whenever I do anything active these days. They are not in pain, but they have been weakened considerably over the years. So I was looking forward to using this knee massager. I actually had a slight partial tear in the meniscus of one of my knees a couple of years ago. It took a long time to heal and I finally discovered that heat would help the healing process. So this knee massager is the perfect option to not only provide heat to the knee, but gently vibrate it as well. This is not actually a massager, which I don’t think would be too good for knees. This unit has 3 vibrate settings to provide stimulation to a sore or worn out knee. It also has 3 various heat settings.For those of you in to specs, the battery is 3000 MAH, which should keep it charged for a good amount of time. It will need to be charged as there is not a direct electrical plug, but allows you to use it outside or wherever you would want. The vibration noise is louder than any massager I have used in the past. Related to the heating, there are also infrared and laser options, which I could not find information about. I just leave them both on and it seems to be fine. So if your knees need some heat and tender loving care, try this Snailax Cordless Knee Massager for them!

The knee massager worked great and was very easy to use! After long walks/hikes (5 miles or more), I would have pain in my left knee and difficulty walking up and down stairs. After using the knee massager, the pain was gone and I could walk up and down stairs normally -- I didn't even need to use the railing for assistance! I mentioned it to my wife and she tried it on her shoulder, which was bothering her after pickleball. She also said it felt better (not perfect, but improved.) I initially got the knee massager for me but I have very small knees so it does not fit. One size does not fit all. I gave it to my husband, who is struggling with knee pain, and he said it worked better than he could imagine. It has given him some relief. It would be great if he could set a timer instead of only 10 minute run time.

This cordless knee massager is easy to use and very versatile. I like how you can adjust the level of vibration or level of heat. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I can recommend this to anyone with knee pain. The vibration is audible but not annoying.

I have lived with a sore knee for years. The pain ranges between annoying and moderate. After only two days use of this device my mobility is much improved. Love this. The battery life is great. After a full charge and 6 uses, it's still going strong.Only two very minor issues, neither makes this device any less effective. 1) The Velcro knee straps are very long, almost to the point of not working, but not quite. I am able to snug the device onto my knee with a lot of strap left over. 2) There is a blue light, above the touch screen, described only as "Indicator light" in the user's manual. This light pulses during charging and eventually turns on solid (presumably indicating a full charge). After 6 uses without recharge, it's still on solid. The user's manual mentions "When the battery light flashes, please charge in time". I have not seen any light flash yet, and I assume the "Indicator light" and the "battery light" are the same.

I love this knee massager my wife has recently had knee replacement surgery and her knee was still really stiff after. I had purchased this massager wi the heat for her and she absolutely loves it she said that the heat is amazing on it and is very comfortable. I tried it as well and I concur great product. The massager part is strong but not to strong.Great item.

Works well for my BF knee pain. His is from age and/or overdoing it- not necessarily an injury. Only complaint would be that it is louder than expected. Also easy to follow instructions.

I have not started using this product because I am missing the outlet wall plug to help with charging it. Please send outlet plug. Thank you.
