So far - so good. I have 2 phone lines (one business and one personal). Prior to purchasing this phone, I used 2 Smartphones: Samsung A13 and Samsung A14. I grew weary of having to haul around 2 pieces of hardware and I had been looking for an affordable 2-SIM Android. I picked this one up on Amazon a few weeks ago, and ... so far - so good. It accommodates both Google accounts, and allows me to prioritize one SIM over the other for general use. It seamlessly copied over the files, apps, setup configuration, look and feel from my prior phone. The SIM tray is great! -Because the SIM cards **snap** into place with little fear or movement and slippage.The only one drawback I have experienced is that the SIM tray will take either 2 SIMs, or a combination of 1 SIM and 1 SD card. The internal memory is only 128GB, so if you have bulky files/folders you may want to inquire about larger internal memory capacity - or grab a USB C dual flash drive (which is what I did: 128 GB flash for $10).I am a Samsung guy, and have been since 2002, and I like to keep it simple. Great Basic Samsung technology at a suitable smart price.

Awesome phone for the money.Bought to use as a secondary device similar to an ipod touch from back in the day. Main phone is a galaxy s24. Screen looks awesome, easily as good in the dark minus the refresh rate. build although plastic is actually pretty solid as well. Cameras are decent too for what u pay. Chipset and ram combo is pretty good, works good enough for most as long as you dont expect it to be a s25 ultra. Can't recommend enough for the money, 1/8 price of the s24 and us definitely not 1/8 of a phone.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Samsung product and price.. Ease of use:do not buy this phone if you plan to use roaming data, this phone will only connect to lte and will not run any apps on the phone if not on wifi. will not connect to AT&T system. calls and texts work ok, but no roaming data. bought it for my elderly mother, who tried to use it at Mass for daily reading and was unable to connect to the app. She thought it was user error, it was not. by the time I realized it would not work because of the phone not the app, it was too late to return.
