Works perfectly
Pump isnt that strong so easy to break. Other than that is fine

Not FIt For Purpose - DO NOT PURCHASE
I'm annoyed there is not a zero star option as this product does not even deserve one star.Unfortunately the packaging was thrown away before I tried it otherwise it would have been returned.It arrived folded into quarters with poor infomatic drawings to show how to inflate it, luckily I found a video on YouTube to show how to inflate it.In thgeory it's a simple process, the reality is it didn't work, it just would not inflate and it was very easy to bend / break the needles used for inflation - no wonder they provide six of them.It was as if the insides of the cusion were stuck together - there was no was it was going to inflate.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

Could have a better shape
This feels a little flimsier than a very slightly more expensive one that we got.It was a little harder to inflate as it was extremely deflated and tightly packed.The sides have not been shared quite so well either and even after several weeks of being inflated it still hasn't really remained an even shape.That being said it does the job and hasn't needed any reinflation yet.

Ok for the price
Average to low quality is reasonable for the price; folded during transport rather than rolled up, so this leaves (folding) marks on the cushion which thankfully do not affect the function but also do not disappear.Pump supplied with multiple (6!) attachments to inflate cushion.Have used it for a week now and no issues so far though the 'spiky' side is not comfortable to sit on (unsurprisingly) , the 'bobbly' side is fine.

Bought for Physio
Purchased for physiotherapy. Used a bit and it held up well. The pump worked well too. Good value for money. The needle was a little hard to get in but didn't take too much effort.
