Pro Series Conditioner Lace Wig, Toupee and Hairpiece Conditioner for Daily Use - 12oz

Product arrived with different color cap than when bought from other vendors. When I unscrewed it, the film cover slid right off, making it clear the product had been opened. When I poured the conditioner into my hand, it was runny and watered down. Again, I’ve bought this from other vendors and it is supposed to be a thick and rich conditioner. Don’t buy.

I was pleased with the efficiency this was shipped and how soon it arrived. Would have given more stars but I didn’t receive what I ordered. From the pictures you can clearly see on the bottle that it says Shampoo and the white label placed on the bottle says conditioner. It’s advertised as conditioner why would I be getting shampoo? In all fairness this is fulfilled by Amazon and you would think the person picking it would be like oh they ordered conditioner, hmmm that’s weird this bottle says shampoo. Not happy at all.

This product had been opened. The aluminum closure underneath the cap was open. I do not appreciate being sent items that have been opened and possibly even contaminated or even mixed or diluted.

Great product for hair and leaves it nice and smooth with fresh feeling.

I order a "conditioner" and Amzn send me a bottle of "shampoo". The shampoo bottle is so messy ... it looks like a spill over ... just YUK. I hope this is just a one off mixed up.
