Item does not fit the way it is pictured if you have a hunchback. I assume if you have perfect posture and don't need a posture corrector, the item fits just fine. And thanks Amazon for not sending me my item in a resealable package. Once you tear off those strips on those mailers, good luck sealing that back up with packing tape.

Very uncomfortable

It's comfortable to wear all day, under clothes or on top.

So I broke my clavicle bone and the Figure 8 brace they gave me at the hospital looked very similar to this one. I ordered it gave it a shot it actually works really well I'm a 6ft tall dude 200 pounds it fit but was a little uncomfortable under my armpits the velcro part kind of fit there I ordered a large probably would have been happier with an extra large so the velcro would have gone threw my arms more in the velcro would have been in the front instead of under my armpits. I would definitely order this again just a different size I would definitely recommend this to family and friends
