Plaud Note has proven to be a genuine time saver for me. There are several webinars or sales pitches that come across by email that are interesting but I have no intention of buying. But with flawed, I can take the information that is in the video or the sales pitch, and have it summarized and I can use that for easy retrieval of the information that was value added in that email. That has allowed me to compile some excellent information from very reliable sources in a fraction of a time it would take for me to take notes and transcribe them into something that is useful.And that is just one example of how this device has proven to be a true time saver. Another is that I am currently dictating a book, and flawed of Naples me to generate chapter summaries to find out if I am hitting the exact points that I am intending to hit, and allows me to come in real time, amend the chapter.

I purchased my device in October 2024, and everything was working great until a few weeks again when the recordings were static on one or two calls. I reached out to Plaud and their customer service was incredible. An actual person helped me troubleshoot and ask questions about how the issue occurred. In the end, it was determined a hardware issue and they overnighted me a new device. They even followed up to make sure I got it and everything was working.

This can hinder your perceived usage and may not justify the purchase of this device- The AI model may require some testing and training. This might not be for you if this is outside your initial expectations for the product and you expect immediate results from its robust features- The magnet that adheres to your phone and mounts the device is permanent. It's not a huge problem, but be cautious of where you apply the magnet because you'll need to purchase another one if it's mounted directly to your phone and you get a new phone, and the same with a phone caseRecommendation:After using this product for a few months, I am delighted with its results, usability, and durability. I recommend this product to someone potentially in a classroom setting who seeks to revisit portions of a lecture later on.
