Window Weather Stripping - Black Foam Strips
These rolls of weather stripping worked very well for me. The foam is good quality and is holding up well. It’s easy to fit in the space you need with a simple pair or household scissors to cut it to length. The foam has plenty of give so you can really fit it into the exact spot you need insulation.

High density foam insulation. Makes for a great compression seal.
This is two rolls of 1x1" insulation foam seal strips. Each section measures 6.5ft, and is indeed 1 inch square. There isn't too much to say about this. It appears to be a closed cell foam, therefore should be much more moisture resistant than its open-cell counterpart. It takes quite a bit of weight to compress, but it should still fill any minor gaps or imperfections in the surface it's mounted to when under pressure. So far, it has been holding up well in my application, so I have zero complaints about it. Aside from being a bit more rigid than expected, it still does what it needs to in my use case.

Good to fill minor gaps in window ac units and gaps in doors.
This roll is enough to fill small gaps around a window ac. The backing is pretty sticky and tacky. It will not bond to dusty surfaces, so I recommend wiping any surfaces first. This is easy to cut and does seal well. Pretty standard insulation material. You could also use it on gap on exterior doors to keep winter breezes out. It can be used on a widow with a slight gap. Pretty versatile material that has several uses. It would be better if it was 1.5" wide.

Good to fit between sashes
Works well to fill larger gaps in my windows with AC's mounted. Particularly useful between the upper lower window sashes in my older style windows helping to block airflow and bug entry. Quality foam, just be aware this is non-adhesive.

"Foam Strips to the Rescue!"
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)For $14, the BLOSY 2 Pack Window Air Conditioner Foam Insulation Strips are the unsung heroes of home comfort. I grabbed these to seal the gaps around my window AC unit, and wow—what a difference! No more sneaky drafts blowing in while I'm trying to stay cool. Plus, they're super easy to cut and fit, even without glue. It’s like putting together a soft foam puzzle for your window (minus the frustration of missing pieces). The foam is nice and thick with good resilience, so it squishes into place and stays put. It feels sturdy enough to last, even if I have to take it on and off for a few seasons. And let’s be real, foam isn’t going to win any beauty contests, but it looks clean and does its job without fuss.At $14 for 13 feet of foam, it's a steal. 4/5 stars—because, hey, it's foam, but it’s surprisingly satisfying foam!

Molds well to fit - Can squeeze and it bounces back to regular shape
I actually needed this for a craft project, so I can't speak on how well it would work as an air conditioner foam insualtion strip. However, I do like that it's easy so squeeze tightly and mold into tight areas. After squeezing/twisting it, it did eventually expand back into its original shape. It's tough in that it's hard to tear, but you can cut pieces of it with a pair of scissors. Regular scissors will cut thru it but not without a little resistance. For my project, I needed to be able to insert a thin dowel rod into it and I literally couldn't push that dowel rod thru this foam, so not only is it tough, but it's pretty dense, too.Two of the sides have a solid outside layer and the other two have exposed foam. There is no adhesive.
