Really great kit!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my Mum who had Mixed Dementia. She hasn’t been able to manage her tablets alone for a considerable time and with this dispenser she’s been able to take her medication alone every time since she’s had it. It’s so versatile and helpful in daily life for someone in that situation, I cannot recommend it enough. The stand is an essential addition for Mum as she wouldn’t cope lifting and tipping it alone, it makes the whole system work perfectly. The only thing I wish is that it had the timer showing on the lid. Top marks from me, totally worth the buy.

A good device with only 1 problem
This is a great device, being able to load 28 days worth of pills is a bonus as quite often pills from the chemist are 28 days per pack. The dispensing tray has 28 separate compartments. My patient takes her pills at 09.00, she is forgetful so the alarm sounding tells her to take her medication. If she forgets she has taken her pills, going to the dispenser she can not access any more till the next day. I would like the dispensing tray to have 29 segments. The 29th segment would be a blank/solid segment. I fill the dispenser on a Saturday afternoon if I fill all 28 segments she currently has access to another days pills, so I can only fill 27 and leave one pill in each box and now I have to next fill the tray on a Friday, then a Thursday etc. A29th segment would get an extra star.

Excellent customer service
This is a really good product especially for someone who has poor hand co-ordination and a lot of weakness in their hands. Works extremely well.

Very helpful
My elderly mother already has the pill dispenser with the alarm which is fantastic for reminding her to take her pills every day. The alarm won't stop until she tips it over and the pills come out. She got on well with it, but lately she's been tipping it over sideways and the very tiny pills were jumping over into other compartments ,this was a dangerous situation, if I hadn't realised , she could have overdosed. But by buying the tipper, it means the dispenser is tipped correctly and the pills are dispensed into a little bowl, the pills can be easily counted and also means they drop into one place and not all over the kitchen side, which used to happen too. It's very pricey and fiddly to assemble, the instructions could be better. But overall, I'm very pleased with the tipper and alarm dispenser. It means that I don't have to get to her house every morning to make sure she's taking her medication properly and at the right time.

Brilliantly useful
I wish that I had ordered this at the same time as the tablet machine itself. It just makes it so much easier! A simple tug on the handle, and the pills fall neatly into the bowl below.

Very disappointing
So Amazon sent me x2 by mistake, but charged me for 2 as well!!!! I returned one and it was 'lost' so never got a refund for that and Amazon don't seem to what to know! The one I did keep was for my father who has vascular dementia and I also purchased the pill dispenser. I actually thought it did more than it actually does - it's just a big cumbersome chunk of acrylic that you sit the dispenser in and literally just enables you to tip the tablets into a bowl instead. Not cheap either at nearly £60 quid but it was too late to return this as well so basically cost me £120+ for the two, and an additional £59.99, and Dad can't even use the dispenser. Personally I'd save your money.
