We have a 2022 Toyota Takoma. It's really HIGH and I walk with a cane. Getting in was so hard I needed to use a small stepladder to get in. This has helped my getting both in and out of either passenger or driver sides. It's really easy to use- just drops in perfectly in the close loop of the door.I got this one mainly because it has a hard plastic top, not a metal one like so many others. The very sturdy plastic grabs the loop fast and well, and I can see a metal one would most certainly scratch the truck door frame in use.The handle has a great rubberized feeling that is easy to hold without slipping-even when wet.Lastly- it is STRONG and doesn't wobble. No matter where you grab it or how much weight (I am not exactly petite...) you put on it, or how much you swing or twist around in the effort to get in and sit down- it holds on.It's easy on my hand, on the truck, and does what I so didn't have before- a safe and better way to enter and leave my truck.

These are wonderful.My sister has trouble getting in and out of vehicles and the works great for her. Also my brother has balance problems and works get for him.Easy to use, just clip it on the door jam. I'm ordering another set for my nieces to keep in their vehicles.

My mother-in-law is now living in an assisted living facility and we are helping to take her to medical appointments etc. Her mobility is limited. This handle has been very helpful for her getting in and out of our Subaru Crosstrek. It's very simple to deploy and also to stash when it's not in use. It has a solid construction.

Just had back surgey - happy I made this purchase. These worked well with car - stable and do not wiggle when pulling yourself up to stand. Made of durable sturdy plastic. The metal ones I tried first were not compatble with the car.

Works great for family member that has had a stroke and trying to get in/out of the car. On her SUV it fit perfectly, but on a car, it wouldn't fit all the way into the latch. It has provided her with the comfort and stability she needs on that side. Great for less than $10.

First of all. Not made for small hands.Second: NOT GRIPPY more waxy.Third.m: the triangle shape of the anchor is stupid. It wiggles around a LOT until there is firm pressure to stand or sit. DO NOT USE WITHOUT SUPERVISIONI would return it and get another brand if I didn’t scratch it testing it.
