Unbelievable sound.

Having owned an Emberton II for a brief while (taken over by kid sister), I kinda knew what to expect. It was selling at a way lower price *before* the Amazon Sale earlier in July… seemed like a steal at <14k INR.Sound is great, battery should also work OK. Will update the review if something’s different.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Overall sound quality is impressive but it doesn’t stack with its younger brother Emberton II. Even I can’t see any QR code on Emberton III so wondering if i got original piece ?

Excellent Sound

It’s more of a hype rather than actual audio quality. Sure it looks and feels good but it’s very average. It’s loud but lacks instrument separation it basically sounds boxy. Sounds like a very small Mono speaker. Audio is very directional not at all room filling. Vocals have bass so it’s not really for stuff like listening to podcasts. Not for a big room, only good for nearby listening, it will only sound good if you keep it on your side on the bed. Battery life is good and multiple device connectivity is good, when the active device stops playing other devices can begin playing as it maintains active an connection. Microphone is average. You may like it if you like the signature Marshall sound, but being a Bose user I find the product below average specially considering the high tag on it.
