I would give this 5 stars due to quality, quick shipping + low price. The reason I give it 4 is because I believe this is made for taller people. I'm 5'2" + athletic but this is a little too wide for my hips. I may see if it is available in a smaller size if not, I may alter it myself. Other than that though, good purchase!

Recieved the band in time. I wasnt sure about the size but the suggested weight helped a lot. At first it seemed ordinary, but it does the job efficiently by delivering high resistance. It tends to lose shape, but not to that extent as I feared because material feels like high quality and regains it back for next session. Only if it came in different colors, but I am happy with orange too. Can't complain at all with this price range and good quality in hand.

Just not tight enough for my advanced clients but okay for beginners

The best thing about this band is that its latex free. It is still in shape after a week of usage. Im impressed with quality, which I was not expecting for this price. Logo looks odd but it does not affect the performance and quality of the material. I am happy as a power user and would love to recommend it. thanks guys.

I bought it to include it in my workout routine at the gym and I have noticed a difference when I started working out with it I wish they had a smaller size but so far so good
