House of Marley Uplift Bookshelf Speakers - Bluetooth Speakers with AUX Input & RCA Cable, Smartphone, Turntable Compatible - Hifi Active Bookshelf Speaker, Sustainable Design

Recently purchased a turntable from the House of Marley brand after seeing their ads on Instagram. It’s very high quality but the current speakers I have weren’t. So I bought these speakers to complement the turntable and I am thoroughly impressed. Great sound and I love the bamboo design and the fact they’re made with sustainable materials. Easily connectable via Bluetooth, these are sitting sound on the living room cabinet with my turntable.

My other half uses these more than I do and they are happy. Sound quality is good and they look nice on the desk. We connect them to the PC via Bluetooth without issues. One downside is the volume resets every time they are turned on. Happy overall.

Got these for the living room for when I just want to chill. They aren't super loud but the quality of the sound is great and they are definitely perfect for a room. Would highly recommend.

Bought these for my parents because I gave them my old record player when I upgraded to the Marley Revolution. These are great speakers for them. Easy to setup, not complex, great sound quality, Bluetooth. They are the perfect little bookshelf speakers, my parents love them. Thanks!

Easy to set up and quality good for the price

I got these to use with my PC as they looked nice and I hoped they woudl sound nicer than my current speaker. Out of the very well packaged box you find the speakers are well made and look pretty smart. All the accessories you need are supplied to get you going except a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable (which is an odd things given that would be more typical than 2x phono/rca to 3.5mm nowadays)Setup is quick and easy, turn them on and they'll start trying to pair with a device, theis means you are up and running in seconds. Popping a 3.5mm cable in the back will override the Bluetooth and favour the cabled input.👎 Sound quality is where it looses a star. Through the Bluetooth these sound a bit flat, be that with YouTube or a FLAC stored on the phone. The reason for this is simply that the chipset is SBC only, no fancy aptX codecs to make better use of their design.👍 However, hooking these up to my PC via a nice external DAC, or stream from my phoen via an aptX HD LL Bluetooth dongle makes these little speakers shine. Running through a mix of styles and genres they handle my high quality FLAC's with ease, providing a decent sound for their size with just the right amount of bass to provide a bit of omph.

Didn't expect too much from these speakers initially because they are quite compact, but they're surprisingly powerful!Thought that Bluetooth set up might be fiddly, but they connected smoothly to my turntable. Helps complete my living room set up
