This chopper is very well built and does what it say, we use it over the last several days and was impress with the ease it chop the various items. Only downside is when cleaning the smaller blaze can be fiddly but apart from that is well worth the money.

This is expensive but far sturdier than the plastic versions. Cuts through whole onions and even meat with little effort. Very pleased with it.

After using a cheaper cutter it was a learning curve using this as the chopped items were on top. The weakest link is the collection container as it can be easily knocked off and does seem quite flimsy compared with the robust chopper, I’m glad to know that it is larger than used to be. A substantial chopper which I’m am enjoying using, I do use/chop a lot of vegetables. My query to firm was answered very promptly.

Good solid piece of kit. I replaced a plastic chopper that broke with this after doing a lot of research. This is certainly robust and chips even the firmest of vegetables. It needs to be hand washed as the weld points showed sign of rust - I bought from Amazon warehouse - these cleaned off easily but I suspect a dishwasher would not treat it kindly. At the full price you would need to be chopping many vegetables to justify the price. The collection box works differently to the majority of plastic ones and the technique of using it effectively needs to be learned, but a very useful addition to my kitchen

FUNZIONA MOLTO BENE!!

Ich habe den Alligator inzwischen 2 Wochen im Einsatz und meine Erwartungen wurden absolut erfüllt. Das Gerät ist sehr robust und ganz simpel im Umgang. Ich habe mir vorher ein paar Videos dazu angesehen und die praktischen Hinweise beachtet (z.B. die Tomaten mit der Schale immer nach unten legen). Dadurch hat bisher alles prima funktioniert, was ich versucht habe: Zwiebeln, Möhren, Kohlrabi, Schafskäse, Kohl, Knoblauch uvm. Die Messer sind auf der Schnittseite absolut scharf, man sollte das z.B. beim Reingen nicht unterschätzen. Ich habe auch schon alle Teile in die Spülmaschine gegeben, aber zumeist reicht einfaches Abspülen unter fließendem Wasser aus.Mein Fazit: wenn man öfter Salate macht und einem das viele Schnippeln zu öde ist, dann ist der Alligator ein klasse Helferlein. Lohnt sich in meinen Augen schon für Mengen ab 2-3 Personen.
