Thin bags and weak glue
I've purchased these bags previously and they've been of a very good quality but this time the bags were thinner and the glue on the strip was dried out completely and flaking off. Their customer service was very good and they replaced the bags for me but even this new batch of bags is not as good as previously. The bags are thinner and the glue on the strip is quite weak.
