PYLE 8-Channel Mixer—The DJ Upgrade I Didn’t Know I Needed!
Okay, I’ll admit it—I’m no pro DJ yet, but when my first mixer started holding me back, I knew it was time to level up. Enter the PYLE 8-Channel Bluetooth Studio Audio Mixer—and WOW, what a game changer! For someone still learning the ropes, this mixer has been like strapping a turbo engine onto my DJ setup. Need more inputs? Done. Bluetooth? Oh yeah! USB recording? Check! It’s like this mixer knew what I needed before I did!The 48V phantom power for mics and the multiple channels let me experiment and get creative without feeling like I’m trapped in a DJ beginner’s box. And the Bluetooth connectivity? It works flawlessly connected to my 16-inch MBP. (More and more DJ's are using BT, I'm told) I personally don't mind it now.If you’re like me—relatively new to DJing but ready to broaden your horizons—this mixer is the ticket. It’s got all the pro-level features without feeling overwhelming. You’ll be rocking the decks in no time!

We're currently using this for an impromptu mixer in our church.
Our church burned down in the Caldor Fire, and we needed a quick replacement for our transitional building. I bought this board with my own money thinking we could use it until the church could afford a better one. I thought in error. This board is great which has led us to use it long-term. There are pros and cons, but the pros vastly outweigh the cons.ConsThere are a few quirky issues, but they are minor and don't affect the use of the board. Sometimes the USB interface doesn't always connect the way it should, but pulling it out and reinserting it works every time. One of the potentiometers was bent transporting the board even though we dealt with it very carefully. I'm guessing the materials of the post aren't the best. I bent it back, and it still works well. The other quirky feature is recording out only allows a single stereo track with no multitrack available. In other words, you won't be able to mix tracks coming out of the board into your computer. We don't use this option, so for us this is no problem. If you want to mix tracks, it will be.ProsThe sound quality is good. The build quality is solid although a bit clunky. Despite the quirks with the USB, it works very well connected to our temporary computer system. We've played from the computer and recorded to the computer, and we've never had a single problem. Despite the bent potentiometer, all sliders seem to function and are much smoother than I expected at this price point. All normal options are there including mute and audition buttons. There are plenty of channels for the multi-mic setup we use. We've never had to use the Bluetooth option, but that is a nice feature as well if necessary.Overall, I highly recommend this board for a quick and simple setup, especially for public events that require a PA system. There's no beating the quality and flexibility at this price point.

I am beyond satisfied with the PYLE 12-Channel Bluetooth Studio Audio Mixer! This mixer has everything I need for professional-grade sound control, whether for live performances or studio recordings. The Bluetooth feature makes it easy to connect devices wirelessly, and the built-in USB drive allows for seamless recording straight to my PC. The sound quality is clear, and the interface is user-friendly, even for those new to audio mixing. The 12 channels give me plenty of options for various instruments, mics, and other audio inputs. It's versatile enough to handle DJ setups, live bands, or home studio sessions. The built-in effects are a nice touch, and the overall build quality is sturdy. If you're looking for a reliable, all-in-one audio mixer that won’t break the bank, this PYLE mixer is a top choice!

Great for Vlogging
The PMXU88BT was easy to setup and begin using. It has many of the features I have come to expect in much more expensive systems. The various inputs and outputs provide the flexibility to integrate the system with my microphones, line inputs, speakers and computer. I is a very good soundboard for my vlog productions. I am very pleased with this purchase.Just two negatives: I don't like that when the +48V phantom power is on, it is applied to all XLR inputs. I would rather be able to apply the phantom power only to the inputs that require it. Second, I would also like to see the ability to apply a pad to the line inputs. In the picture I have one XLR input, a condenser microphone using external 48V phantom power, my AV audio input, using the TAPE out as a secondary feed to my computer, the SUB out for my studio monitor and the main out for the main feed to my computer.UPDATE: I am still very happy with this sound board. I am blown away by its quality and flexibility. One additional negative: When I plug a blank FAT 32 formatted thumb drive into the USB port, the board looks at it and then says NO. It will not use the thumb drive for recording. However, if I place an empty .mp3 file on the thumb drive, and then plug it into the board, it is instantly recognized. I am working with Pyle support on the issue.
