Worked perfectly
[Edit for rainy use 05/25] Finally got to try it in the rain and it worked perfectly instead of a ton of puddles in my tent and dripping coming from condensation at the top. The top kept the tent dry and i only ended up with a very small condensation puddle from the walls. Which is on me for not resealing my tent last summer.Wasnt able to try it in the rain, but I can say it was money worth spent already, in the sunny mornings it helped keep the tent dim enough I could sleep longer, in the cold nights it helped keep the heat of my lantern in. And it was easy to put on/take off my tent alone.

Fastest set up and take down.
I love this tent! I have it up in about a minute and staked in five. It has a tall ceiling and big windows. It's a tad small for my gear but I use it for short tripsso I leave some gear at home. It is sturdy! One thing that's great about the Coleman Instant 6 is that the bag you pack it in is expandable. Pull the white strip off the bottom and the bag is much larger! Very easy to pack it!Cons:1. If you want another person, a table or a couple chairs in the tent, I would recommend getting a larger instant tent. A double bed will fit but not much else. I use a oversized single cot and lay my bike down plus have a camp chair and there is no more room. Without the bike it's perfect for one.2. The windows are huge but high on the walls so you can't see out, except if you're looking up. The stars can be incredible.3. If you spend a lot of time in this tent it would be small for two people.4. No port for electric cords.

Tent sky cover
I haven't used it yet, I just measured it in my tent and it was perfect and very good quality.

Ez up puffy down. Quick.
I have used this for over a year now. Setup could not be easier. I am disappointed it did not come with the rainfly as no one should own it without it. It is heavy but I car camp so getting it there is not an issue. The bag it comes in is large and can be reused easily unlike most that dont fit unless factory packed. I like that it has clips by the handles of the bag. These come in handy when attaching the rainfly to it for storage and when in a hurry and I dont want to zip the bag closed. I found when taking it down that it is best to leave two windows opposite eachother unzipped. This prevents the marshmallow effect where the tent puffs out and is hard to fold up. You also need to watch your fingers as I have pinched mine a few times now.My first trip I set this up in the dark alone in under 5 min. The rainfly is tricky with one person which is why it took so long.I removed 1 star because the storage bag did rip on one end over the last year. It is still usefull but should not have ripped at the seam. I have also had some trouble with the door zippers since day 1. No matter how i stake it down the zipper sticks in 2 places one on the bottom and another near the turn on the door. I reached a point where I rarely open it past these points now.I have camped in rain wind snow and nice days. The worst wind was about 40ish mph with higher gusts. I did not sleep well but the tent held up. I staked the tent down and tied down the rainfly and tent as you are supossed to. Tent made it fine. The rainfly had a tendancy to disconnect the clips and flap around a lot on the corner after a big gust. It still held on due to the stakes but was annying blowing around at the end. It is important to note that this does not risk getting the tent wet but it does mean you have something loose flapping around.I wish there was some cover when you exit the door in the rain but I was willing to sacrifice that for the ability to stand up inside at more than one point and ease of setup. I now bring an umbrella so i can get out without too much rain getting in. When the zipper sticks this is an issue with 1 hand.I managed to lose the ties to secure the tent and now use sleeping bag clips which I find much easier to use than the ties it came with. The easy setup means i actually come home and set it up to dry out instead of just laying it out. I think this has helped to make it last.Good product. A few minor things I would change but more that I would not. I will replace with a similar one if I ever need to.

Coleman Rainfly
If you are an avid tenter as I am, you all ready know that tarps are indispensable. You have probably used tarps to provide shade and shelter over your picnic table as well as your tent; they are pretty much a must-have for prolonged or heavy down-pours. But, tarps aren't always practical for every situation and they also have their drawbacks. They flop and chatter in strong winds, pull lose from the stakes, can cause built-up heat in your tent, and block air flow from your windows and roof vents...they also sag and collects gallons of rain water, ugh. I have owned and used the 6-person instant tent for over 5 years now. I love them and I bought each of my daughters one. When I learned Coleman came out with the rainfly for these tents about 3 years ago (while on a camping trip), I ordered one as soon as I returned home. Although the Instant Tent is very rain-resistant, the rainfly seals the deal and still allows me to keep my roof vent open as wells as the windows zipped down about half way. It also looks a lot better than a tarp draped all over the tent. I still use tarps for shelter over the picnic table and for ground cloths under the tent, but I love this rainfly. It works, is lightweight, and installs quickly and easily.

Do not go camping without purchasing for this specific tent
Must purchase for your tent. It does not come with a rain guard so make sure you get this too

MUST HAVE
This rainfly is good quality and lightweight. You definitely want this as it's easy to set up and the tent NEEDS it. You don't want to go without it and it packs up easily. Seems to be leak free with the rain fly and doesn't make the rent stuffy.
