The product quality is of very poor quality, on application to my shoe, it has damaged the color and texture of the leather of my shoe. I feel, I have not only wasted money on the product, it has spoiled 2 of my favorite shoes worth over 10k each.I have already posted for return of the product and refund of my money, but both have not happened so far.Very disappointed with the product and service.
