The clock has a lovely vintage look that brings back memories of the old days. It may look small, but it works perfectly without any issues. I've been using it for the past two months and I'm very satisfied.

Very poor quality. This would have never got sold in a physical store. As a matter of fact it would never be displayed in a physical store. Its that bad. The paper on the clock face ie the dial is not stuck properly and is peeling away in places. The plastic is flimsy and poor quality. Obviously the manufacturer and seller have no quality control and are able to get away with palming off such sub standard products on an online marketplace. It obviously also reflects on Amazon's ability to protect their customers. I wanted a refund but couldn't find any such option in the Amazon app so opted for replacement fearing I may get the same substandard qualityAs there was no process for returning a replacement was ordered over a month back at Amazon. The update shows replacement initiated but there is no delivery, update or news about this even after one month

Orpat table clock that I bought through you a couple of months back is still not working since delivery which was pointed out with you even after writing so many emails no action from you,then I gave up and decided not to buy anything through you.

I strongly advise against purchasing the Orpat table clock. I ordered this product from Amazon and received a defective unit. Unfortunately, due to a slight delay in unboxing, Amazon refused to process a return.The clock arrived with visible damage: the number paper inside the dial was peeling off, rendering the time display illegible and defeating the basic function of a clock. It is astonishing that such a product could pass any quality check before being shipped.This is not just a matter of poor product design, but also a glaring lapse in after-sales support from both Amazon and Orpat. A product that is unusable from day one should be eligible for a return or replacement regardless of minor delays in opening the package.Do not waste your money on this clock. Orpat has clearly compromised on quality, and customer satisfaction seems to be the least of their concerns. I expected far better from a brand of this stature.

Product is just ok. For table use. Quality is not upto Mark very delicate one. I purchased considering brand. Please rethink before purchasing.

I carry it whenever I traveled and stay in hotel rooms. Most of the hotel rooms doesn't provide clock in the room, this small table clock very useful and reasonably priced.
