ROMIX TL-E0473H 2.0 MP1080P POE Bullet Security IP Camera with 2.8-12 mm Varifocal Auto Focus Motorized Lens

Camera came with no instructions or information sheet. Plugged into the network, waited 30 seconds plus, and did a network scan to try and find the IP address. While the scan was going on, started having problems with all the other cameras on the network. Never did find the IP address, but once the camera was removed from the network (unplugged), all the other camera's started working fine again.Tried to contact the seller/manufacturer, waited 3 days and had no response. Did a return through Amazon

Tried 4 different NVR maker, this camera will not go online.
