You don't really need this just use the proper solvent for the type of paint you are using

Pigments and pigment binders are hard to use and have a stiff learning curve. This product could use some directions and video instruction support.

Great way to secure your pigments. Dry time is kind of excessive if you're going to use a lot to build up the pigments.
