I bought this item in 2023. This has been the best thing for my headaches and neck and shoulder pain. I sleep on my side, almost like in fetal position with my shoulders hunched up to my ears. I know, it sounds strange, and I’ve tried to consciously change how I sleep, but I always seem to wake up in the same position. However, every morning I wake up with a headache and stiff shoulders and neck. Within 15 minutes of laying on this neck pillow, my headache is gone as well as the stiffness and shoulder pain. Highly recommend!

This product is well made and easy to use. After using it once, the tension in my neck became less intense which made me happy. When I ordered it showed “same day delivery” which is one of the reasons I chose the product but that was not the case. so I was a little disappointed about that.

The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.
