very sturdy product and holds a good portion of food.

I've not had any issues with leakage yet, mainly because I use it for storing rice and meats mostly. These containers have a lot of space, they can even fit slices of bread inside! I would recommend this for meal prepping as they can fit easily in your bag without spilling, you can put it in the freezer without any damage, and put it in the microwave with no issue. Even if you're starting out or thinking about meal prepping, these are pretty decent and great quality for the price! Hope this helps.

Lovely for picnic poke bowls Ideal size and lightweight. Could be used for any type of salads or for keeping things fresh in the fridge. Don’t take up much space in the cupboard either.
