Simple compact and fast charger
Unfortunately, I left my original camera battery charger plugged into the wall outlet of hotel room. I bought one charger on Ebay that was over large and not well made. It mechanically failed after a few charges. This charger seems to be more robust and performs like the original. I have now used this for dozens of charges. It fits easily in the small accessory compartment of my compact camera case, and I believe it will last the life of the camera. I am very happy with my purchase!

Paid for itself the first week
The charger in my wife's work camera quit charging the battery. I bought this, it quickly charged all 3 batteries, allowed her to shoot a company golf tournament. It will keep that expensive Sony camera on the road for the foreseeable future, it saved buying a new camera this year. The 2 new batteries charged in just a few minutes, the old, original battery took a few hours, all work fine in the camera.

The charger works as described
I wanted an inexpensive wall charger for my Sony NEX 6 camera's battery. This one does what I wanted: plugs into the wall and charges the battery. The light changes from red/orange to green to show the battery's charging/charged status. It comes with a car charger plug. I haven't tried to use this charger in my car, and will probably have misplaced the car plug-in and cable for this by the time I would ever think about using it.

Good alternative to Sony charger
Every bit as good as the Sony charger but at a reasonable price. I have owned this item for several months now and is working fine, no complaints here.

It's two pieces that come apart too easily. Not as quality as a Sony product.
It isn't one piece. It's a charger and then a separate plate that "locks" onto that. I say that in quotes, because it comes off without much force. I can see it being a problem in the future. In short: Not the kind of quality I'd expect from, say, a genuine Sony product. (Which I realize this probably isn't - I thought it was when ordering.)

Worked as it should
You have to fit 2 pieces together, but this was no problem. The charger worked as it should and I haven't had a problem with it.
