Using for 3 days . I tried many ways to make my mom sleep at night atleast for 3hours but these 3 days she slept really well.She has nerve problems and insomniac as last resort I wanna try lavender oil , I just dropped some in pillow and some in kerchief to tie her eyes may be the oil calm her nerves and slept well.Hope it could continue.This oil has strong lasting smell.Although it is strong it gives relaxation not irritable at all.Those lingering smell feels good .
