Fantastic. Used it to patch a good size split in a pool liner at the steps, where a 90lb dogs likes to lay. I drained the water down and wiped the area a bit. Applied the tape and two months later, it is holding nicely. As good or better than any patch product I have tried and there is no tin of solvent to mess with. Easy and works! Like that.

We needed this for a pool patch repair and it worked. I would not say it works perfectly under water as it seems to not want to stick as advertised. We used it partially submerged and above water, it created a very strong bond. Below the water line, it started losing its adhesive around all edges rather fast.

It's just the best you can buy. Had a hail storm and it looks so good you can't really see it past 15 ft away. It is SUPER adhesive too. What you'd expect from Gorilla. The best.
