AKG Pro Audio WMS40 Mini2 Vocal Set BD US45A/C EU/US/UK Wireless Microphone System

This is my 1st review I've eve written.After hooking up these babies you gotta love then.I'm a full time karaoke DJ for the pass 8 years and use various big names like shure.I do sing myself and its a must for me to have a good sounding mic. being said this.Its one of the main reasons my fans follow me around because of the great sound quality I offer to the singers.From the moment these babies were out my fans were just complimenting how great the mic sounds n just keep wanting to get back on the mic.Take it from me. If you have any doughts about these mic. throw then all away n just get then.The only thing u gotta do is get a your cable to hook up to amp as these dont come with package.With the price of these babies i just made my own.For those who want to be a bit more technical.You have dual output so u can adjust both mics separately to you taste. and a single AA battery to power handheld what more can you ask for at this great price.on and off switch with mute. no handling noise feedback in system, stylish finish so you dont have a cheap looking mic.Will be getting a 2nd pair for my other system now i have heard these mics in the field.

Compare to $500 + for a set of 2 Shure wireless microphone, this is a good buy. However, its feel is not as solid as Shure and sound quality is inferior (too much whistling sound). However, you can tune the sound by using different connection cables (this set does not include connection cables in the box). Suggest you buy 1/4" male plugs to RCA female adapters so you can use your existing audio cables to mix and match. Another good thing is that it uses AA batteries vs 9 volt batteries.

I bought these mics a few years ago, I DJ clubs, weddings and weekly karaoke, The AKG mics go everywhere with me. They have served me very admirably. I've bought other brands like pyle, or sampson, or whatever off brand, and those mics couldn't withstand two years of karaoke at a busy bar. The AKG keeps lasting and sounding crystal clear, I never had a problem, unless the battery runs low, which is rare, as they are power efficient. For wireless mics, it's really the only brand I buy, because the price is freaking awesome. Even if some one breaks it or steals it, doesn't kill me to replace it.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!Most of the reviews state that the device will have some interference noise, and in my case it was true. Now i have to pay for the return and get an incomplete refund because i ordered it from a third party seller. Don't risk yourself. I bought it because the AKG brand has very good reputation but this product simply doesn't work as expected, i'm seeing now a lot of other wireless systems that have better reviews and don't mention any interference.If you are going to risk yourself, at least buy it from Amazon to return it without any cost.

These are amazing. Running karaoke I hate handing a bar patron an expensive mic to destroy. These truly sound great and such a great price. They are certainly not well guarded against vibration or thumps on the body and all of that will transfer to the sound system... but the sound, price and reliability far outweighs this small issue.

Excelente calidad

No interference between two channels (45A and 45C).However, be careful about adding standalone WMS40Mini single microphone on 25B or 25C channel - experienced occasional interference.Microphone sensitivity is a bit on the lower side - performers have to hold this really close. Becomes a problem when multiple people sing/speak into same microphone. (Compared against corded Shure microphone).Sound quality is VERY GOOD.

Hard to believe how well these work. Especially for the money. Easy hook-up. Used in a small auditorium setting there is no interference, qualtiy of sound is good, perfect for our use.
