Acupressure Mat with Magnets Pyramids for Pain Relief and Total Health Size 12x12.5 Inches

Alright, first off I was skeptical about purchasing this at first, I have never tried an acupressure mat before, so I went with the flow and purchased this one. When it arrived in the mail and I popped the package open immediatly and tried it out, And within the first thirty seconds of using this acupressure mat I knew that I loved it. Here are my pros and cons on this acupressure mat and what stood out to me.Pros:1) Comfort and Design :It is very comfortable if used the right way, It hits ALL of the pressure points well. the acupressure "spikes" are perfectly placed and well balanced, thus hitting all the right spots, it almost feels like getting a massage, especially when you apply more pressure as you get comfortable with it, it works DEEPLY and is very relaxing. it really melts away built up tension and stress in the feet. The design is brilliant. I love how it rises in the center to match the curve or the arch in the foot so it hits all the pressure points there as well. I also like the red part in the center which acts as a specific single pressure point massager which works any specific pressure point very well. It also has several other unique features which work great, but Ill leave those for you to discover yourself. It is constructed very well and made of high quality plastic so no worries there, It is fairly thick and sturdy yet very lightweight, It definitely looks and feels like it will last a long time. .2) Additional stuff :Another great thing about this product is that it also comes with a VERY well illustrated instruction manual on how to use each of this acupressure mats features (all six of them) and exactly what they do. It also tells a bit about what acupressure is (for begginers to acupressure) and what the magnets in this device do, and some other interesting info. The part I liked best is that you could flip this over and there is also a acupressure foot chart which shows where the pressure points in the feet are and which organs in the body that specific pressure point effects, They are all numbered an mapped out for you to see and use, Which was interesting and useful. The instruction manual is 1 page, easy to read and actually fun to look at.Cons :Well, I have no cons on this one. I was skeptical before buying, But its worth every cent. I will mention that the material it is made of is a harder plastic, I would advise using it sitting down first and getting used to the acupressure "spikes" and how they feel before fully standing on it with full body weight which can be slightly uncomfortable at first, but that is with most if not all acupressure mats. It is best used completely barefoot, you can feel it much better that way, and it works much better contacting the pressure points as well.Overall, This is a great acupressure mat, Its worth it. I'm glad that I came across it, Yep, I'm satisfied with my purchase :O

Product works great.Plastic points are really sharp so you might want to wear work out socks till you get used to the. Probably a good idea to have someone show you how to use as as it comes with no instructions and lots of other gadgets besides the mat

If you are looking for a product that comes with easy to read instructions that "show" you how to correctly use this product, don't order this one. I don't know what to do & how to use it. It also did not come with all the items shown so if you order this, be prepared to be VERY disappointed. I would feel better if I received instructions. The points are very hard & not easy to tolerate. I've ordered many items from Amazon, this is the first one that I am unhappy with.

I'd probably buy it again though I wish I hadn't paid as much as I did. $25ish. The photo shows her standing on this in bare feet. She must have no nerve endings on the soles of her feet! I like standing on it but I MUST have socks on. I haven't used the other items much. The big yellow piece is hard plastic. The feel of it reminds me of plastic made in the 70s before they'd refined some processes. "Feels" as if it will be subject to becoming brittle over time. Still, fun and fine for now.

This looks as if it is very cheap. I dislike plastic. And though It seems that is is plastic there is no off-gassing and that's important to me. It says that it's made of "virgin material...that does not disturb energy flow" because of their UAG system. That is the way the board is raised and has no backing, so it encourages air flow.I keep this at my chair and stand on it/walk on it while I read or watch TV. It hurts but then it starts to feel good. I can't get massages or reflexology as often as I would like and this is certainly a wonderful and less costly addition to my routine. I'm grateful to have it. At first I wasn't sure but now I know that I like it.

This might be the best thing I’ve ever purchased! My ex boyfriend had a similar one his parents gave him when he visited them in India. I somehow broke his and he said it’s hard to even get them in India. I searched and found this one and it was even better!! He was very happy !
