I absolutely love these 2-player LED DIY arcade controllers for my builds! Had these in my bartop arcade for a few months now. No complaints! The buttons are all evenly lit with no hotspots. Easy to install/setup. The controls are responsive. Passes the "Haduken" test. Personally I like this look more than each player having their own color. It's hard to find sets like that but this one fit the bill.

Controllers feel good. They include a movement adaptor plate to make diagonal movement easier. Buttons light up, which is why I bought them but the action isn’t as good as non-lit versions. They still work fine, but you can feel a difference.

I made a couple joysticks to play some retro games. Plug an play. Great buttons. Solid construction and smooth action. I love that I can switch easily between 4 way and 8 way on the joystick.

Used this kit for my arcade mod project. Nice clicking joysticks. The buttons are ok but not the best. They get the job done.

Easy to install, easy to program. Just make sure all the buttons are connected in the exact same way on each USB board so that the mapping is done once and it applies to both. That includes the joysticks to have the same orientation. Bright lights! Find a template and cut them into your backboard. You will need 1-1/8” holes for the buttons and a smaller hole for the joysticks.

Edit: I found a way to make the controllers 4way vs 8 way, making it way easier to control. The buttons are nice, they joysticks make a clicking noice and the 8 directions make it difficult on 4 direction games. I also needed joystick risers, my mdf came out to about 7/8”.
