So many things wrong. I usually read reviews before I purchase, but I clearly didn't. I have a disease that has robbed me of muscle strength. So the first thing I did after taking it out of the package is to see if I can press the button to release the tissue. It took both my hands to even make it somewhat work. So that's a no go. Then tried to load it with tissue. No matter how much or how little I put in it or wrapped around it, it wouldn't stay. So that strike 2. I compared the tool with the diagram of how to use it. According to the tools curve in the diagram the little clam should be on bottom. I'm glad this works for some people, but just not me.

Second one that I have bought. Works well for me.

I bought this for my father in law, showed him how to use it and all, but it sits.

First of all I never thought I’d be writing a review like this. Let start out by saying I’m a bigger girl. I weigh 288lbs. It will make sense. Even at my weight I’ve never had a problem wiping my booty. Now that leads me to January when I broke my right wrist. My dominant hand. I CANNOT do anything with my left. So there comes a day when I have to poop. I remember seeing an episode of my 600lb life and a lady used a pair of tongs to hold the TP to help her reach around. So off to the store we go. Get back home tongs in hand. It works but not the most comfortable. My daughter says mom I’m sure Amazon has something. She types in ass wiper and this product comes up. I immediately order it. What do I have to lose at this point? It has been the most amazing product! Yep it’s soft. It reaches perfectly. I used flushable wipes with it so help keep me clean. Now my cast is off and I still do not have good range of motion and less flexibility than I had before. So I am still using it. I wished that I had one that folded so I could take it in the bathroom when I travel instead of trying to hide this one in my jacket. So I take a look and there is a foldable one. BUY IT! You won’t be disappointed.

Well sometimes if you have severe back pain, reach can be a problem. I highly recommend a toilet seat Bidet, but to "finish things up" you may feel the need to wipe..that's where something like this comes into play. Before using this, I pressed the "button" to check how it would function if needed, one, two annnndddd three, it broke on the third press! It feels like there is a long metal rod inside that's supposed to open a clip spring at the "grabby" side of this ( also, if you don't have good hand strength this is not for you ). So let's see if it would work IF it wasn't broken, I loaded it up with toilet paper ( 6 winds or folds as per instructions). Guess what?....the TP does not want to come off due to adherence to the silicone type rubber on the end of it. You will quite literally be shaking and flinging dirty toilet paper to try to unload this thing...ick. If that wasn't bad enough (and it is), the angle is such that you risk dunking your TP while having to squirm around to get where you need to be to wipe. If you are a plus size, that adds up (pun intended) to this thing never working. Try something else, as this is only slightly better than a corn cob. Hope this helps.
