Best option available for Hand / Grip Strength
This is probably the best set of hand grip strength exercisers available. They are hard durable plastic, with no smell, and are sturdy. The 3 and 6 lb. are too easy for me, so I gave them to my elderly mom to use. I am on the 12 lb. and am getting pretty good at it, already. Next is the 24 pounds, which is very challenging for me. But I can barely budge the 48 lb. one, so I will probably look for something in between 20 - 40 lbs. Probably an adjustable pair.

Consider something else
Small for a mans hand. These are incremented by doubling in tension each color up. Yellow and red are useless. Green is workable, but after reaching 70-100 reps I tried the blue and couldn't even squeeze it together once. It would be like having barbells in 25lb, 50lb, 100lb,200lb and 400lb. If doing bench presses with 100lbs and reaching 15-20 reps and then your only choice moving up is 200lbs. I'm sending them back and maybe get a pair of the green.

Ergonomic Hand Grips: Pros and Cons:
- I highly recommend the use of these hand grips, with few exceptions, for hand strength, while also strengthening the fingers, forearms, and ligaments/tendons at the elbow.- Carry them with you and use them throughout the day, in the car, at the office, and while relaxing.- It is a fair price for all 5 pairs, although the easiest pair is basically worthless, except for maybe a 80+ senior citizen with severe arthritis, but way too easy even for a 6-year old.- The Green pair is about right for most women, then moving up to the Blue pair.- The Blue pair is about right for most men, then moving up to the Black pair.- The Black pair is great for a stronger male grip with a larger hand, but one should not start off with the Black pair, especially if older or having arthritis/muscle/tendon weakness or pains, as it can easily irritate injury without first working up to it.- The only drawback is the the plastic grips tend to work loose, slipping or twisting to the side. This is mostly true for the Blue and Black pairs due to the increased grip strength.

Hand Grips
I purchased these because my pt was using them. I had broken my wrist & wanted to continue the exercises at home. I love that they have the different strengths.

Not Worth the Money
I injured my hand and am trying to get my grip strength back. These devices are not worth the money.
