Q: Does this work for putting? My wrists are too active when I putt.

I've never use it for that purpose, but I definitely think it would help you get the feel of keeping your wrists from overreacting and being calmer. Hope that answer helps.

Q: Will this fit on small, female wrists?

It has a very long wristband so if you have smaller wrists you would just put the velcro strap over the wristband. It won't affect the performance at all. It works well for people with small or large wrists.
